I was checking out JIG for any new games and found this. Tried it, and stuck with it. Too bad I found this during B22.

I believe it came out with the nag when cc was still B14 or 15 or 16 one of those three. (NAG= South Africa's Lead Gaming Magazine http://www.nag.co.za/). My friend got the game with mag, showed it to me and yes... I think ill never be sure whether I cherish or regret that day...don't ask me why.
Anyway I can still remember when the dummies and coalition were first introduced just before that I had already made hundreds of weapons maps and units - lol including the stickmen... lol.

Know exactly what your talking about... using your unit to knock the other guys head of with your legs... having the drop ship roll around the map... playing until the entire map is filled with rubble... but most of all it was the days before you knew cc, when it still had many many secrets... now you know cc and add things to it to regain that unknown aspect of the game...
maybe I should like quit cc for like 6 years and come back to it then lol.

Dude I just posted the part of the rules that said we don't like people talking about warez, and pre-registered definitely falls under that. Unofficial warning, don't spread that around.

At my school, we have the various unblocked pc games that go around, and Cortex was and shall probably forever be my favourite.

The way I found it is actually pretty funny, if it happened to you too please do tell.

I was on http://knowyourmeme.com when I saw in the submissions that someone suggested the rocket propelled chainsaw[aka RPC] as a meme. When I went to the page there were several images and a video of, surprise, surprise, Cortex Command. Being my obsessive self I went and looked for it and found the miracle that is this game.

I can't remember how I found it, only that it was sometime between build 11 or 12.

I searched Half Life 2 mods on download.com. Somehow, it came up with Cortex Command.
