James twists to meet Andrew, and Andrew pushes him sideways and into the door with his shotgun butt. James brings his first up for a jab to the stomach, but Andrew's armour stops the blow. James' other arm hits the door release and it pops open, and he falls out backwards, landing in a heap. Andrew lands in the driver's seat and reaches out for the door handle. "Catch ya later, Blondie." He grins. The door closes, the engine revs, and the Jeep drifts left, kicking up loose dirt, and powers straight through the thin trees. Ociamarru (4-1+2=5) Vladimir Ivanov Vlad exits the car just as Andrew climbs over the front, and the Jeep goes crashing through the trees. "Ah, eetz heez lozz." Vlad then looks around the trees, and sees a spindly-limb monkey hanging from a branch, eating a brightly-coloured fruit. He concentrates on mentally calling the Spider Monkey to him, and the monkey swings across a few branches and lightly drops down to a vine, swinging next to Vlad's head and looks at him curiously, making a sound like a muffled 'wer ekk kekee'. Game Events It is early morning. Andrew crashes through the trees and enters the large clearing in the Jeep. The clearing is about 80 metres across, non-circular, and the three soldiers are just ahead, about 20 metres away. The Blurs are fighting another 20 from them. "What the HELL do you think you're doing!" Barker yells as he hangs onto the Jesus Bar and his rifle in the Jeep. "Just hang on!" Andrew yells back. Andrew spins the wheel and the Jeep turns straight towards the three soldiers. "Shoot! Shoot!" He orders. "NOT the best plan!" Barker fires through the windscreen from point-blank, and it shatters after the few shots. The soldiers duck and run from the Jeep hurtling towards them, and someone fires shots back. Andrew ducks his head as the rounds wizz through past. Back with the rest of the party, some red smoke wafts through some of the trees. "Who dropped smoke?" Asks Kyle. "Nort me, aie dunt haaf eeny." They walks forward and look through the hole Andrew made and out into the clearing. Red smoke drifts past the closest half of the plain, and larger-than-normal animals starts to exit from the trees. There are the large cats, alligators, snakes, birds and monkeys all screaming their respective noises and heading towards, well, anything that moves. There has to be at least two hundred of them all up. Grunting noises are heard from behind the group, and everyone spins around. A gathering of abnormally big wild pigs stampede through the undergrowth, giving the group a wide berth and entering the larger clearing. One pig races up to Vlad and suddenly stumbles and stops in front of him, ducks its head and makes a sad, hurt kind of sound, then circles around them like the rest. Along with all of these animals, a low rumble resonates from further east. What it could be, the group have no idea. "I don't care WHAT is happening, let's just get it over with." Says James, who looks thoroughly confused. "Roger that." responds Kyle.
