I would put a semtex on it, but you know what would happen. And since a Katana, WHICH IS SUPER SHARP, can't cut through it I guess a 5.56mm round can't etheir.

Katanas are more visually pleasing, I will admit, but that does not make them better swords.

I am this close to committing a diemos ex machina on you lot and I probably will if I see one more "ultrahigh-frequency replicated super-sharp carbon edged mega-folded blade" anywhere. Or if I see a "lol y u mad" response to this. This isn't RTD Blue- no Wolfhunts or Durendals here. Even Damien's sword probably wouldn't slice this snake neatly in two, and I don't see why you people are expecting regular weapons to do so.

Also; it's all in the roll. If you have a dull knife and you roll a 1, the potential self-inflicted damage caused by it is pretty low- a stab wound here or there, maybe. If you have a mega-sharp vibrating war blade, you are going to slice your body in half. Just sayin'.

Finally, the cutting power of a katana is dependent on a variety of factors, not least of which being the target you are attempting to cut. If you think that a katana can cut through a snake with tons of muscle and scales at least an inch thick because you've seen it cut through watermelons and pig carcasses, you should slap yourself. Hell, you know how hard it is to slice scaled armor? Doing it vertically, you are literally trying to snap an ultratough plate, structurally supported by thousands of other pieces of ultratough plates, in half, to cut through through the underlying skin, to cut through muscle, into vulnerable areas. Horizontally, the blade will either literally bounce off or get stuck in the scales.

tldr I hate this please stop it. Besides, katanas aren't even that good at penetrating any kind of rigid armor. The few swords that can are all ancient European swords which nobody in their right mind would be carrying around in the 21st century. (See; claymore, kilij, bastard sword, broadsword)

Sorry, wasn't thinking straight at the time. But I did see a time warp episode where a Katana cut through bone easily. Your probably right though.
