That's why I'm aiming for his leg joints - if he can't run in that suit next turn, he's screwed. Sure, I'll have run out of cybernetic enhancements, but is armor will slow him down. Then, I rest for a turn and he gets about a mile away. I can then catch up to him in a single turn (I'm guessing Vlad, using cybernetic enhancements, can maintain at LEAST 30 mph (after all, people with jumping stilts can do that, and I have something much BETTER than those). So then I can cover the distance in but a tiny part of my turn (each is 15 minutes, it takes two to catch up to him I'm guessing), and then probably get killed by a rail shot or something. But hey, I'll have done my part.

His greatest threat is the other mechsuit, so he'll probably try to take him out first, I believe he will try to take cover behind rubble and then fire, unless he's a total idiot and fire from a totally exposed position.

But if he does fire from a standing position he has a pretty good chance incapacitating Asfer's suit. (it's asfer with the suit right? I'm not making another mistake am I?)

Name : Joe Likonsmith
Age : 29
Equipment : First aid kit, sandwhich, bag o' chips, bottle of water, baseball cap, grappling hook, mishmash of metal and broken objects, empty blueprint paper, 5 extra magazines for Luger.
Appearance : 5 ft, male, brown hair, nerdy in general.
Primary weapon : WWII Luger(not broken, works fine)
Secondary Weapon : Army Knife
Tertiary Weapon : Fists
Abilities :
Smart (+1 to actions requiring hard thought)
Weak (-1 to actions involving strength)

Role : Scientist

Backstory : When young, he was always smarter than everyone else. However, everyone else was always stronger than him in some way. He did a little bit of working out, though and got a bit better. He felt at home with history, and was collecting historical items at age 10. He loved designing things, and made several useful inventions. When asked to come on the mission, he said sure.

JHLL I think the balance meter dropped below average for your character, like usually when someone has -1 in abilities he gets +2 to the opposite, you should get +2 to precise movement with -1 for weak.

@Ocia: BJJ's knees are now a little more armoured than before, since he's in the Lower Exo-Suit, and turns are timeless for the moment while theres a boss battle.
