 Re: Art Dump
As I look upon your picture, I see a beam of light. Perhaps it is a quiet scene the calm before a fight.
Wherever I do turn to I see little details here, of wildlife and creatures it is all too clear.
I see the moon approaching the darkness cometh nigh, the end has doth commenceth but I do not seem to cry.
I know this place too well it seems, but I surely cannot tell, of how I come to be this place that I am knowing far too well.

 Re: Art Dump
That poem is awfully generic. Seems pretty forced overall, and what is with the random ye olde English?

 Re: Art Dump
Yea, it was kinda forced, ye olde English was just filler. I only really did it because I'm bored.

 Re: Art Dump
I think it's fairly good so far but it's missing focus. For example in coffee's you eye is drawn to the mens and the pack animal, not only by the fact that they are very detailed, but also because the structure of the piece frames them very well. Whereas with your I don't know whether to look at the guy, or the tower, or the moon, or what. Also, having the sky up there kind of destroys the enclosedness which was big part of the magic of coffee's piece.

 Re: Art Dump
Heh, wow. Someone from Pixelation actually came and posted on DRL!
I really like it, but it lacks focus.

 Re: Art Dump
MLC: Why so serious? There is no image rule on this thread right? Whatever. What could this villain be up to, anyways.

 Re: Art Dump
... damn photobucket. I'll work on it a bit more and post a png.
I can't quite put my finger on it, but something about her face, hands, and back foot really annoy me. :/

 Re: Art Dump
@MLC her arms are too thin. compare it to her legs and they look like celery sticks... unless that was intentional.

 Re: Art Dump
Hm... That was an attempt and making her more feminine. Perhaps I'll make them thicker though... I don't like the arms in general.

 Re: Art Dump
Her arms look really short. Proportionally, they're about right, but I think somehow they look wrong in comparison to the skirt.
