So was Modern Warfare back when it was popular :\

Edit, my point is that sooner or later, this will be outdone in graphics

GUYS, it's unreal 3, it's going to be outdated before it's released. By games such as bulletstorm, brink and oh yeah Crysis 2.

Still, this makes me wanna get the other 2 parts just so I'll be ready for this one when it comes out.(Good idea?)

If you buy Bioshock for the graphics, you're doing it very, very wrong.
That said, I just beat Bioshock 2 and now want more.

You only buy bioshock for the atmosphere of it.

Pretty much. The first one had the best, creepiest atmosphere in my opinion.

The first was much better than the second. WIth that being said the second was one of the best games I've played in years.

I think they managed to make a pretty good atmosphere this time around.

So there were plasmids in Bioshock 1 & 2, and there are plasmids here, and also badass powersuits and rampaging robot ravens that look unmistakably like Big Daddies and Big Sisters (hail Duh), so I wonder if Plasmid use is restricted to impossible locations (Rapture & Columbia), or if it is a world-wide thing.

Actually in this it isn't Plasmids, it's Vigors, which are limited-use and make me sad. However, there are things that I'm guessing are like Gene Tonics, Nostrums - they're passive, adapt to your playstyle, and give you things like higher damage resistance or higher strength. THOSE don't go away.

Citation needed.

Still, in BioShock 1&2 there were limitations to plasmid use, still

Eve, namely.

I think you guys are comparing it too much to Bioshock 1&2. Try not to look at every nuance in Infinite and attempt to find a parallel in 1 and 2. Look at it like it's its own game.

The thing I didn't like about the Raven Magic-mid was, when the player used it, they just came from nowhere. If you saw them perched around, enough to explain the numbers, or if they burst forth in blue whoomphs, that'd be great.
Thing I noticed on second watch: The "Protect against foreigners and anarchists" robot guy... his badge flashes to a hammer and sickle.

Telekinesis as a latent ability, with no limitations, would be good. It looks like the range is improved, if you look at grabbing the magical plasmid.

It was from an article in Game Informer - oh, and those limitations were practically not there. I could, on normal with Sportsboost 1 and 2, Bloodlust, and Frozen Field 1 and 2 (plus other wrench-boosting powers, but those don't matter here) sap health off a Big Daddy and kill it using only the wrench. With Bloodlust and Sportsboost, I could hit it extremely fast and rapidly gain EVE - and the Frozen Field tonics periodically froze it (usually when it was about to hit me) so I could get behind it and hit it some more. Plus, EVE Hypos were plentiful - I never had to worry about running out of EVE through any of my three playthroughs.

In this, apparently, you can only use vigors for a certain number of times before they're useless (or at least that's how I read it).

Oh? You only played on 'Normal'? I'm on the last few levels of my second playthrough, evil, on Hard, and I am having a pain in the ass of a time finding enough Health packs, and occasionally Eve Hypos.
