Re: (srs) Roll To Dodge 2 - In Pursuit! @Ociamarru It will work in a similar way to Asfer's Sixth Sense, except more integrated into the roll paragraph, if you get my drift. IE Yes it's a secondary action, as is talking. However, if you want to concentrate heavily on doing something with your mind, THEN its a major action. ALSO HOWEVER Vlad doesn't quite know how to use slomo yet  and mind-read (mental link) is VERY specific.
