Re: Art Dump I think most people miss the point of haikus. It's a not like a segment of a longer poem; a short, shallow message like you have done. I'd compare haikus heavily to pixel art. You have the same amount of content, full of the nuances of a longer poem, just in a more concise manner.

Edit: Hey I've been doing a few of charcoal drawing lately (not by choice- I keep waking up having artistic urges), and having finally gotten over thinking working off a reference is "cheating", I was wondering if anyone could recommend some photos or paintings that would really help me boost my artistic ability. I know just drawing things in general helps, but I don't have that much free time and I've always believed in training very specifically when trying to learn a skill.
