I thought we naturally developed them over time - I mean, that would make more sense anyway.

Re: (srs) Roll To Dodge 2 - UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT EVERYONE around the blast site was killed, vaporised or mortally wounded from the Blur's explosion. The characters did not because everyone know that protagonists/heroes can survive slightly more lethal things than regular people.
The only person Vlad and Andy know that survived is Barker and that Male nurse Cooper. Cooper had serious wounds and died after helping Andy .
