Got this error with the new verson :C Attention to other forum goers, this issue has been resolved in the irc. Edit: ATTENTION ALL SERVER USERS, PLEASE KEEP CHATTING TO A MINIMUM, THE DOUBLE Player 1/2/3/4s Are a result of CHATTING DURING GAME. Pausing the game makes the server think your offline, and when you are chatting during that time and someone joins and becomes your player number, and you resume the game after, the server will make you both p1 and the flashing pair of 1/2/3/4's happen. SO PLEASE REFRAIN FROM DOING SO, UNLESS OF DIRE/SUPER UBER AWESOME REASONS

Re: Cortex Command Online Deathmatch - UPDATE - 9/10/10
Lol, I didn't realize that people would pause and "resume". Yes, that would be an error. Unfortunately, there is no way I can detect "Resuming" so you'll just have to play CC in a window (DO NOT PAUSE) until I can implement IRC (a-la Lord Tim) back into the Scene.
Also, there should be a scorekeeping system already in place? Check console for frag counts from both teams...
I was thinking about doing a Klone soccer too, and it wouldn't be hard. I just have to find the time. (It was released by Numgun btw)

personally I have never paused the online game just to chat. I pressed the start button or alt+shifted out to the IRC, lol.

I'm pretty sure doing either of those pauses the game anyway...
