Anything that shoots with good impact can take off a dummies head in on shot, its like it just snaps off at impact.

Good point, although most weapons that kill a dummy in one headshot, also kill them when shot to the body, which is easier to hit and also has the chance of disabling their weapons if they don't die instantly.

Also, do not dropship surf, just don't.

It's not that bad if you do it intelligently. Though don't do it if you intend to take an engine off any time soon.

If you ever think your actor helpless, it's time to accelerate to RAMMING SPEED
Or otherwise leave it there as a distraction.

Now that type of behaviour is exactly what the clone in -A CLONE- by casualhero was talking against.
Well at least no one can say you haven't being through it all, when it comes to cc.

Ronin chose to keep their (fleshy) humanity.
Penetrating shots are easier on softer beings.
Penetrating shots to the head are often instant kill.

I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions.
