EDIT: To clarify, you can edit all the .txt files on the fly and it'll work fine.

I need some help portforwarding. I have windows 7.

Ok, so first off, do you have access to your router? If you do not, meaning you cannot tell it what ports to forward, then there isn't anything you can do.
If you do, then look at portforward.com for the maker and model of your router and follow their instructions on how to forward port 25565 to your computer.
