I cant seem to play cortex command in full screen, but now since I just got mods or accidentally pressed ALT+ENTER It will go in full screen and I cant play because "Overlays aren't supported!"

Someone, Please HELP ME.

Alt+Enter back to windowed mode?

Open Base.rte/Settings.ini
Change Fullscreen = 1 to Fullscreen = 0
Done.

If I could I would, Obviously, But I cant, CC crashes right when it starts up because my computer wont fun it in fullscreen.

The Fullscreen already is 0.

Don't press alt+enter? There's not much else you can do. Maybe find a program that disables your enter or alt key on command?

Well that's the best we can do apart from somehow removing the shortcut from the code on your own, which would be technically illegal.

He's not complaining about the game breaking when he tries to enter full screen allstone, he's complaining that his game has been broken since he tried to enter fullscreen.
Also if it hasn't changed your settings.ini (which it really sounds like it has) I can't help you. Unless you're running CC from C:\program files at which point move it out of there onto your desktop or into your documents and make changes there.

Well if he's already reinstalled, I can't think of a way to fix it.
