Joe, I hope you're joking. If not, you need to learn all about sarcasm.
And matty, that's a really nice logo.

Thanks guys.

Get your Holo news here!
Tried to mix some serious canon with a sprinkle of humour.
EDIT: Easy to read version below this one.
Yes, the pic is meant to be like that. For a hologram feel.

That would be a pretty fun little thing to do, but i don't think the developers would be willing to release vital game storylines and info for a newspaper.

Might want to correct that oz measurement, a troy ounce of gold goes for approximately $1,160 USD nowadays, so if you're going for $25 USD you'd want an amount of 0.02155 ozt. Of course you might be going for a military-calibur simulation software, in which case you'd want to estimate it in the millions, so more like 45,000 ozt ($50mil USD).

That's not to say that the price of gold has remained constant this entire time. Or the price of technology. Maybe military grade simulators are only $28000 in the future?

True, but I suppose for us to make up a realistic rubric we should make matty decide whether he's selling something worth $25 C(current)USD or $28k CUSD.

Made to be an avatar.

EDIT:
And another go at the Techion logo. Super-duper simple version, which is different on Prom's art page than it is in the Concept Pictures topic.
(It's purposely not embedded because there is a border which you can't see on this page.)

I could imagine that logo being used for the whitebots Techions, though the text looks a bit off. :-o

Angled things and arms as tiny as those still pose a threat to my sanity.

I would just like to point out that is a scanline affect, associated with old monitor systems and has nothing to do with holograms, but I do love those with the scanline affect, takes away the crisp vector look (which I personally hate, which is why I also hate most anime with there vector-like outlines)

I know, but i just like the idea of early holographic technology probably being similar to old/early monitors. Anyway i'm just being pseudo-scientific. :-o
Also I wouldn't say it's terribly crisp, i prefer things with a high definition anyway. And the Scanline effect i found totally by accident. I like it a lot.
