Not if Hyper doesn't want it to happen. Maybe a mech is such an intricate piece of machinery that making one requires three consecutive 5s.

4 will give me a basic "mech" with the strength of a +-normal human, a 5 will make it the mech you visualised :P btw I wasn't talking gundam style, more like a suit complete with a helmet covering the entire body and with motorized joints (4 will make them compensate the suits weight and btw it shouldn't be anything above 60KG, a 5 will make it stronger)

How do you know that? You can't really demand that a 5 does this, and a 4 does that. That's no fun at all. You let Hyper figure it out.
