Re: Concept art
Building on that, Ronin should not be meat bags and they should be sentiment. Meaning they will probably have a cpu to communicate with tradestar to buy weapons.
Meaning Ronin can start with all the ronin actors in every mission and a stolen cpu.
Buying robots from tradestar to use.
Don't know if it's a good idea but my main problem with my own idea would be where you would get more ronin.

Re: Concept art
See TradeStar like Nicholas Cage in the Lord of War The company sell the weapons the factions need to fight the other foces and they (TradeStar) recieve the ore without directly digging for it. And for the clones with brains sounds cool, probably they are gonna be like field commanders, able to control the mindless clones that are alredy in the battlefield, but impossible for him to call new reinforcements if the CPU or brain are dead

That makes sense, as they don't care about clones, transportation (the planet is pretty fly), or life support. Which reminds me. Have we got a name for the planet yet?

Don't know if it's a good idea but my main problem with my own idea would be where you would get more ronin. Maybe there are a few human commanders that retain their sentience, but the majority of the fighters in the Ronin are still just meatbags? Just cause they're human doesn't mean they couldn't have adopted the "brain-in-a-jar" method. Edit: Petethegoat, no I don't believe we ever decided one.

Re: Concept art
you know you can say that ronin altered the gens of the babies to make them grow fast and then have quick soldiers

Re: Concept art
I didn't mean babies are going to get killed. More like the Ronin have some secret hide-out some where far away where the babies are raised and trained when they're grown-up. Once the adult Ronin are fully trained, they can be shipped of to the battlefield or wherever needed.
Then the Ronin can be brutally killed in a game meant for the whole family.

Re: Concept art
Why can't they use gene-altering and cloning people in vats, who are their soldiers, protecting the few sentient ronin that already exist in some hidden command center somewhere?

Re: Concept art
Ronin are supposed to be low-tech. They probably won't have access to cloning vats, or if they do, don't have enough scientific knowledge to use them or are morally against it.

Re: Concept art
I guess they do have some access to them, since they used 'em to populate the Zombie Cave. They probably lack the technical expertise to use them, though, since making mindless half-baked clones is not much of a feat.

No one ever seems to appreciate them though. To make this not spam, I'm assuming they have at least growth hormones or something along those lines. Just feed those to your children, and have them looking like they're 21 at age 6! Editing to agree with Hyperkultra.
