No, this isn't a Can-You-Run-It thread, because frankly, it looks fairly good on Low settings and my mom's $600 laptop can run it with no lag on Low. So yeah, I don't care if you can run it, it isn't that hard.

I just wanna know your favorite things to do in it. Like, say, going apeshit with modified Nanosuit powers/infinite ammo/etc.

Yeah, my favorite thing to do, as stated in this thread, is to load up a level with a large KPA outpost/base and spawn an alien Hunter exosuit and turn on ai_ignoreplayer 1. Then, just watch from any angle I choose, enjoying a large AI fight where the Hunter will eventually win most of the time. Yeah, it's pretty ♥♥♥♥' epic. Especially because the Hunter has like 5 different ways to kill the KPA.

So what are YOUR favorite things to do in Crysis/Crysis Warhead/Crysis Wars/Crysis Multiplayer/Sandbox2?

Setting myself some crazy set of rules that I must follow to kill the KPA.
Something along the lines of: Only kill them by trowing stuff at them or by trowing them into other koreans.(Mind you, no trowing koreans into stuff.)
Or my most stupid plan ever: Go mario on them, headshot jumps only!

But I've really gotta try modifying those game files.

Crysis never felt complete to me... It wasn't really more that it originally was - a tech demo.
The firefights were wonky and the story was too short.

It was very pretty though. But all that pretty is pretty much wasted if you use it for a linear FPS. They should have made and open world a TES-like game with that beast.
Lets hope Crysis 2 has more to offer.

Though my fav thing was changing the nanosuit's speed boost to like, 9001 and the ramming into silly Koreans sending them flying across the island.

Gears of Crysis mod adds slowmo. So much endless fun.

Just got the Grav Boots mod; allows you to walk on walls 'n' ♥♥♥♥, pretty fun.

Aight, Witty, the sandbox mode is just Sandbox2. It comes with Crysis. You can find it in Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis\Bin64, it's 'Editor' and has a big grey E symbol.

As for mods, if you have the 1.2 patch, just make a Mods folder if you don't have one already, put the mods in there, and use the in-game Mod Loader (found in the main menu) and you can play with mods after it restarts.

Also, don't see "Editor".

You have to install the editor from the CD. Pop in your CD, right-click it can select "Explore." Open up the folder "Sandbox2" and you should see the installer there.

On to Crysis: The fire fights did feel akward when compared to other games. It takes 10+ shots to the chest on an un-armored soldier to kill, or 1 shot to the head. The aiming takes a while to get use to, it it's hard to go rambo without dying. Energy consumption is also way too much, super speed is almost useless because it only lasts for 2 seconds and depletes your energy. Super Strength could be more... Super. One melee attack with the super strength mode on doesn't always instantly kill.

I've never been able to use the sandbox editor because it kept crashing/doesn't let me save the map.
