A while ago he told us that the community is moving all according to plan and that his presence wasn't really necessary anymore to shape it. My guess is he's still monitoring the situation from a distance.

Well, if one of the admins ever gets board admin privileges, yes. Otherwise, probably not.

I'm back from my road trip as of a few days ago, but previous statement was correct: The community is indeed heading in a stable direction, and no longer needs to be ruled with my IRON FIST. I'm content with the moderators in place now, they seem to be holding the place together, and they haven't even brought an emergent situation to my attention in months.

I'd say things are going 'well'.

I still check in every now and then, glance at a few thread to make sure things aren't slipping out of control again. But I haven't even gotten any user complaints (except from one anonymous whiner), so I assume everything is still cool.

You might be completely fine with just posting, but I would like the forum to be back to it's former functionality.

Also, I'm just a megamoderator. I am not in charge of/responsible for the technical issues with the forum. I've passed those concerns on, and they are on a to-do list somewhere, somehow.

They aren't on a to-do list. Or, at least, it's very low on one.

The problem: they have not, and at this rate, will not, be taken care of.


Even if you're just a lowly megamoderator, I'm sure you could contact someone about the problem.
