this is in regards to the perspective of the breather/whatever only, the helmet needs to be deeper still.

I knew CubeUpload had issues, darn.

BTW, on the helmet, it's hard to determine correct perspective because it doesn't have a very definitive form, the shape is somewhat odd. It looks kind of flat. However it is good for a first.

Can anyone help me rotate a sprite? I need it to retain its original colors and style, without losing the shape or quality of the sprite.

it's pretty much impossible to get a perfect rotation unless it is rotated in 90' increments.
http://info.sonicretro.org/RotSprite this is a good tool though, as you see you pretty much always need to hand tweak any rotation anyway.

You can draw with circles?
Anyway, I'm really excited. I just tried this new style, and I've been sketching almost twice as good as before.
Yeah, I did sorta fail at the right shoulder pad, but I don't care.

EDIT:

The square shoulder pads really kill me.

Second one looks like Magma Dragoon from Mega Man X4, even has the same stance.

edit: nvm the filename suggests that it was the theme anyway.

I'm not nearly as good at drawing as I am spriting anyway.

And you did that on a handheld? Nice job, except for a few color splotches and lines on the sky, I like it.

Thanks.
If by handheld you mean tablet; no. Eventually I'll get a cheap Wacom Bamboo or something, in the meanwhile I'm stuck with a rather glitchy mouse.
