Random question I'm tossing out here (and I apologize in advance if my skipping fifteen pages jumps over an already-asked one), anyone know a decent DIY method of getting the pot smell out of carpet/furniture/♥♥♥♥ everything? A buddy's bother's moving out of the state and we need to get the house into a state where someone (average) can walk in the front door without gagging for air (seriously, it almost feels like the atmosphere is denser in that place).

You start out with a smoking implement of choice, for instance I have chosen this wonderful spoon pipe I bought for my lovely lady, Lynzie

And some tinfoil

Ball it up into a ball slightly bigger than the hole in the bottom of your bowl, and (I just thought of this so we'll see how it works) put holes through the ball with a safety pin or something, to channel the smoke through.

Most people just honeycomb the ♥♥♥♥♥, but I think this might work better. I'm high as ♥♥♥♥, but weed makes you into ♥♥♥♥ Macgyver so let's do this ♥♥♥♥.
Yep, works flawlessly. I'm sort of worried about stuff getting caught in it, but I don't think it will effect it any more than a normal pipe screen.

Edit: Just got explained to me that the whole not getting high on your first smoke is a sociological problem, not a pharmacological problem.

Yeah, make sure the holes are up and down, of course, or you won't get very far.

From what I keep hearing, foil is very bad and gives you alzheimers.
I mean, I've used it before for bowls and even an entire pipe, but still. Not too good for your health.

Yeah vaporized aluminum does increase the risk, but doing it every once in a while isn't that bad.

Hahaha, not as bad for you as "canning" it anyway (punch a little circle of holes in the side of a drink can, pile up weed there, ignite, inhale).

I did that with Monster before.

I did that my first time, let's just say I didn't feel like smoking for a while after that. Good thing I live in one of the international weed capitals, or I might never have tried it again.

Afaik it isn't that unenjoyable, just terrible for you and can taste like butane if you do it wrong.
