The resurrection particle system is awfully inefficient, as it simply spawns the particles as gibs from the zombiebot and then loops through all the other particles as well.

I might revise it to spawn the particles from Lua and into an array.

Thank you man. That would help a lot. I would like to see if I can stand a chance against a zombot only skirmish. But after 4-5 of them are around it gets so laggy I hit esc.

They are so scary. I hope you can improve on this. Lately redundant/unkillable/recursive stuff is getting a lot of attention in CC, but I can say it started with your Zombbots.

The skirmish activities doesn't work for me either. I have used all other mods activities, so I do know how to get them applied, but if im trying to get this mods activities to work, it loads vanilla activities. I assume it doesn't find this mods skirmish activities for some reason and loads automatically vanilla skirmish activities because of that, even when I have // base and mission activities. I even tried to delete the mod, redownload it and place it again, but skirmish activites still don't work. Very weird indeed.

1-Did you look at the first original post here and did what it says?
2-Do you use activities manager?

1. I have done that ALWAYS when I have applied someones mods activities.

2. No, I don't use activities manager.

So I did read mod makers instructions how to get this mods activities to work, but that is just what I have done with every mods activities, if I wanted to use them and that is how every other mods activities have worked for me just fine, it's very basic knowledge of CC. This is the first mod activities that I haven't been able to get to work and I have tried dozens different activities with CC.

EDIT
I got it work with mod manager / activies manager program made by SneakyMax, still... I was hoping if I could have got it to work without that program, I think it's much slower making activities with that program :-(

The mod itself is very unique I must say, bravo! Laggy, but still really well made and im suprised how cool it is to fight against these little buddies :grin:

I quite like this mod. They make for fantastic enemies.

How would one go about making the skirmish bots 'neutral'?

Neutral as in they attack both red and green teams.

Zombiebots, eh? You know what these guys remind me hugely of? The Zpmbiebots of Metal Arms: Glitch in the System (AKA the only one in the series, despite having a subtitle within its name). Seeing as I still play that game I know of the green-light heads, the oversized claws, and the unkillable-ness (and yes, that is now a word thanks to these little guys). I appreciate the addition of guns to these monstrosities, the only things they can't stand up to that I've found are my Ghost (untouchable trooper) and the obvious well-aimed ship.... well done.

I cannot get it to work. I've used the modmanager to completely disable every add on except 'Zombbots'. I un-commented and re-commented everything the op said to do, but it doesn't work. In fact, I don't even get the vanilla content coming down. Nothing happens?

Man these things are plain EVIL, I mean for real :0 . Best NPC opponents I ever tried, mostly thanks to Lua AI I think (If only I could script properly I would definitely tried to tinker with it).
Overall ZomBots are just great (a err.. bit overpowered as they SHOULD be of course) and weapon pack contains some interesting things. Thanks findude.
