Post scene glitch?
i really need help....im not sure which one to put this in....so i chose this one...i dont know...theres another thread like this but i dont really understand.

anyway...i made a scene and the module or whatever was browncoats.rte.....and the next day i tried to go on cortex command...it came up with an error...it was

Abortion in file .\System\Reader.cpp, line 531, because: Failed to open included data file in Base.rte/Scenes.ini at line 247! The last frame has been dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'

then it said(the window said application error)

The exception Breakpoint A breakpoint has been reached. (0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x05c7bca.

i messed up with what the other one said.....and deleted the browncoats and put the files in tutorial....cuz i do have tutorial bricks in the scene....what should i do? :roll:

Go to Base.rte/Scenes.ini and delete the last line, which should be something like
Includefile = Browncoats.rte/something

Do not save scenes anywhere besides base.rte in the future. And also make sure CC has permission to save new files.

go to the folder named base.rte
Then open up a .ini file named Scene.ini inside that folder with notepad.
GO down till you see includefile stuffs.
Find the line which says
IncludeFile = Browncoats.rte/W.e

and delete that line.

So you tried to save a scene in Browncoats.rte, which gave you an error message next time you tried to start. Then you went to Cortex Command/Browncoats.rte and deleted the scenes .ini file. Am I right?

You should try this fix, not sure if it works.

Go to Browncoats.rte and open up the Index.ini with notepad. See if there's a line reading IncludeFile = Browncoats.rte/Scenes.ini.

If there is, delete it.
