Psst: Computer viruses can copy themselves and infect other files that were not originally infected.

My computer is 100% virus-free and I have CC installed.

I have malwarebytes too and I told it to scan that file and it's clean.

I see you have some viruses in System32. I recommend deleting it for better performance and a clean OS.

I have Cortex Command installed and I don't have any viruses whatsoever.
It is likely that your virus looked for an exe to attach itself to, meaning that Uninstall.exe is the victim, not the culprit.

Still, make sure to only download Cortex Command from The Official Website.

I've also seen Malware Bytes freak out over either the main CortexCommand.exe or the launcher, but both still work perfectly fine, so I assume that it's a false positive and march on my merry way.
