A idea, which in my mind might be the best thing ever.....
well you know how the game isnt finished and all.. well what if data realms gave the game to people on data realms forums who can finish it, people like weegee(sorry i dont know many people who can actually make mods and game modes).. and with other creative people can give ideas to make make a whole campaign...it would be kick-ass!
thought i might share my thoughts...

Data won't do that because he's not done working on it yet. It's just taking a while for him to finish. As for why doesn't he have people make content for the game, he's already doing that. See numgun, Capnbubs, and TheLastBanana.

Are numgun and Capnbubs still content devs? I thought 'bubs went off to do his own game?

They are as far as I know. I haven't heard that they were denounced, so...

First of all, you posted this in the wrong forum. This is the forum for talking about stuff unrelated to Cortex Command, you should have posted it in General.
Also, Data is already doing this.
Also also, Data himself isn't working on content, he's working on the actual game in C++. So weegee, for example, could not replace him and finish the game.

I asked TLB about Bubs and numgun as well, they're still quite alive and kicking.
And this has been discussed before, the general consensus is that Data won't release the source code until he's quite done with the project and his profits are down. Maybe when he releases his next game.
Moved to general as per request.

I've just uploaded a small ronin campaign (3 scenes with cutscenes) just a couple of hours ago.

He gave us one thing and that thing is all we need: easy modding capabilities.

Data realms hasn't given the game to the people they only let us made mods we can't change the game code because they won't make the game Opensorce when they do make OS i think the Forums will grow 10 fold.

That's great, but Data has repeatedly demonstrated that he really doesn't care about the forums.

Data (AKA Daniel Tabar) is the creator of Cortex Command.
