I actually liked the original eye and beak better, though I think the fur is a big improvement.

Anything noticeably amiss? The eyes look weird to me but I don't know what I can do about it, and, as Grif said, perhaps the neck. -Added more intense highlights to the tunic and boots.

The linework is very Prom-esque, but I think the colouring might need to be simpler; you have five in total. I'd lose the white and the yellow, personally. Eh, play around with it. Again, the linework is gorgeous.
