Sit somewhere comfortable, close your eyes.
Step one: breathing through your nose, inhale and exhale rapidly and as deep as you 4 times, making each breath last for about the count of about 1 second. Make sure there's no break between inhaling and exhaling
Step two: for the fifth breath, inhale as deep and as long as you can, fill dem lungs up. Then let it out slowly. In and out should take about 15 seconds, more if you can manage it.
Rinse and repeat step one and two seamlessly at least 12 times, keep going if you want to (I've done 27 cycles before cracking up with laughter)
