Upcoming Games
This thread is kinda like the Nostalgia one, except its for games that are yet to be released. So the game im waiting eagerly for release is Heavy Duty, the game that seems to have all the things I like in one nice little neat package, I mean stuff like Xcom sytle base defense, the ability to pilot your own craft to shoot down UFOs, Multiplayer ( Drool ) and also a nice little feature that allows you to tune the game to real radio stations ( Epic... ), With a side order of personal control of all vehicles and deformable terrain with independent raidable corporations to wash it down ( Im hungry now... ), It seems like its got all the things I chould need in a game! Heres a Link to a Trailer if you want to see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDCQY9qJO-c . So, People of Datarealms, What games are you looking forward to?

Re: Upcoming Games
HOLY DAMN. I was enthralled at the beginning when it zoomed down into the planet! This just looks incredible. I hope there will be other theatres of battle like land and sea. EDIT: It looks like there will be land battles. I have something to look forward to.

Infact check out there official website, it has not been updated for awhile, but thats the same as cortex commands, cause they are hard at work http://hd.akella.com/Mainframe.aspx.

Blizzard games and Soul Calibur 5 (I know it hasn't been anounced yet, but srsly they're already working on T7 with it's inferior sales number).

Re: Upcoming Games
Let's see...I have a few. There's StayDead, which is a zombie railshooter. But bear with me, folks. All of the zombies and weapons? They're simulated in Digital Molecular Matter. That's right, you can realistically dismember, shatter, and apparently even melt the undead!
Then there's Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2, because that, too, apparently has DMM. I'm hoping it's more extensively used, though.
Red Faction: Armageddon looks pretty ballin' so far, as far as gameplay goes. And realistic destruction, as I'm sure you've seen with my past two games, is pretty enjoyable to me. The story will suck as bad as the first, I'm sure, but I want more stuff to break!
Also, Crysis 2. Huge realistic-physics-fan, and CryEngine 2 is probably the best physics engine there is. Well, I'm hoping CE3 is just as good, if not better, and not just a console optimization. But yeah, I love me that NanoSuit!
Finally, and probably most of all, is Dead Rising 2. I missed out on the first one because it was a 360 exclusive, but this one's coming to PC and PS3 as well. I don't know if I'll get it for PS3 (more reliable) or PC (possibilities of modding in new ♥♥♥♥). But yeah, I love slaughtering undead, and being able to use whatever is around you to kill 'em/slow 'em down? PERFECT!

Re: Upcoming Games
Bulletstorm, that **** just looks awesome. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cb9ObWlNrg8And I was gonna say crysis 2 until I heard it was no longer a pc only, and will actually get a xbox release as well. So I'm hoping it's different from the other versions, because I wan't crytek to do what they do best: Make games that are way to heavy for any kind of pc to handle. SW, force unleashed 2. Let's just say I'm destructive. Got ninja'd on 2 of these but anyway.
