Map is on page 61. Ill give an updated one later.
Garage is on the northside.
Mess hall is on the east.
Armoury and 4 tents (top-right tent is crushed) are on the south.
Main gate is at west.
Main building is in the middle.
(FYI, the weird speckles in the main building represent darkness. when Tyrone went in there before he could only see part of the hallway)

Fiona is in the mess hall.
Rachel and Vlad are just inside the Armoury.
BJJ is well inside the Armoury.
Andrew is on the right side of the tents.
Tyrone is just outside the Mess Hall.

Using the flashlight to see, Rachel heads outside and turns right, the direction of the Medical Tent she saw before. She gets to the first tent, pulls up the flap and goes inside. There is a hanging cord, so she pulls it, and the globe turns on and bathes the interior with yellow light. She takes bits and pieces from drawers and bins to refill her kit. Tyrone comes into the tent behind her, and says:

The boxes that were there have been stacked near this door, which is the entrance to a small office on the (inside) south side of the Garage.

And again I ask, why did I go from 4 to 2 uses of Cybernetics before when I never actually used it (and it was never reflected as being used in any posts)?

I don't remember, but I'm pretty sure there was a good reason, otherwise I wouldn't have done it. I do remember that the first time you used it it was a 1, and you smacked yourself in the face. Then I think you tried to save Rachel from being squished.

Remember, actions can be described so that they yield maximum benefit.

The lighter glows enough to be able to see it in the darkness from about 3 metres (10 feet) away. (It's a special Chemiluminescent fluid.) But in order for you to see with it, it needs to be 'flicked'.
