Re: DRL City! Turn ends next Wednesday! The neon bands don't look very glow-y, and they're very pixelated. Some AA and some effects to make them glow might help. I'll keep it at a 4.5, but you're damn close to a 5.

Re: DRL City! Turn ends next Wednesday! Got rid of the bottom and started over. Haven't actually done much to that, but improved the ambient shading and added some neon. Clock faces want indenting slightly. |
