Abilities

Everytime a Person goes over the limit, They get a additional -1 to the effect, and worse consequences for failure.

I propose aswell, that for people already over the limit to also get this problem.

I wouldn't do something like that. It'd be more flexible/have ways to get around it, and would prevent usage and expansion of kinesises, not penalize players for them.

Use energy levels and include resting to put energy back up, like Frederic. And limit the number of kinesis' used in a single turn to one or two.

You don't need penalties for every kinesis, but penalised players tend to think more about their actions.

And I'm sorry for screwing up my no-errors-in-spelling-or-grammer streak. I'll make sure I spell TENTICLE right next time :P

You know my powers can create your super fancy legs too.. ALTHOUGH I am some distance away + have a LOT of sharks between you and me (I killed 20 of them in 1 shot! *CROWD APPLAUSE* and by mistake!.. wait, that isn't something I should be proud of >.<)

The sharks were originally Great Whites, killed at their prime and zombified to keep them preserved. None of the sharks are less than 5 meters in length, about 16 feet, with the biggest sharks hitting 20 feet. They look like a zombified shark should; pale-green/blue skin, the occasional rotted out hole in the flesh, and a stench of death and decay that hangs like a dark cloud around the sharks. The freaky part however, is what Fiona did to them.

"I'll take over from here, thank you. The original sharks were dangerous and effective, but had a tendency to...decay. None of them lasted more than a week in open waters before natural decay caused them to simply fall apart. So to solve this, I did two things. First was an treatment that made the sharks' skin much more hostile to microbes. The second thing I did was give them arms and legs.

We grew human test tube clones, rushed them into adulthood and bulked them up with large amounts of steroids and medications, and then amputated the arms and legs. We then zombified the limbs, grafted on shark skin from some of the less fortunate sharks, and finally attached the limbs onto the sharks. We then had Zombie Sharks with Arms and Legs. Take my word for it, those things are military grade high octane nightmare fuel. As for weaknesses, they have a device implanted in their spines to control them, so your Zombie Control won't work. Aside from that though, they're really just regulars zombies. If it can kill a zombie, it will kill these things. I personally recommend fire, the antibacterial treatment makes their skin slightly combustible."
