Quick vote then. Who does or doesn't want a way to standardize the ridiculous number of -kinesises and powers floating about?

Back in my day, we got one power, and we liked it! I say these kids need to be more limited, what with their newfangled kineses.

I find them silly in the first place. Unless you're comic book heroes, in which case, you need to have an accompanying silly name and have a diametrically opposed weakness.

Any more than one -kinesis is eh. In my opinion. Of course, I don't have any.

2, But you can go over it, but if you do, you get a Penelty, Represented below.

Abilities
Cranial Stuffing :-1 to kinesis learning, Harsher consequences for kinesis failure, harsher consequences for failure to learn kinesis.

Everytime a Person goes over the limit, They get a additional -1 to the effect, and worse consequences for failure.

I propose aswell, that for people already over the limit to also get this problem.
