Just thought I'd ask for advice on any SP Freelancer mod suggestions.

I enjoyed Freelancer: Discovery for quite a long time, as well as Freelancer: Fifth Wheel.

The Discovery mod really does kick some major ass as far as expanding pretty much everything under the sun(s) from the original game. And it's pretty much fitting to the rest of the game as far as style goes. If you play online, however, take note that once in a while you will get jumped by a malicious gang of pirates who speak Russian exclusively. Regardless if you're on the German server or not. (That day kind of sucked)

If you just want a Freelancer mod to play single player campaign with, try poking around for that Ragnarok ship from Final Fantasy #(?). I haven't seen the game it's supposed to be from, but if you're not really feeling like challenging yourself, a gunboat with ten(ish) gun points with a railgun slung under it and duel thrusters makes for a decently fun stomping around Sirus space.

Yeah, Discovery was fun for a bit, but it didn't really hold me because it was to oriented towards MP RP, and had the items meant for MP in SP(Yes I know it isn't possible to fix). At the moment i'm playing 88 Flak but every time I jump to another system it crashes the computer right after it autosaves in the next system. And I'm waiting to see if Freeworlds: Tides of War will have SP.

I can't find Freelancer: Fifth Wheel, any idea where to look?

PS: Sorry about not really being descriptive about what I want, I'm just not good at that.

Sadly, I just looked for it on The Lancer's Reactor and I didn't find a mention of it, nor ModDB, and I can't find it in my archives, so I wouldn't know where to go =\

I fixed thhe crashes for 88 Flak, turns out 3D sound causes instability in it, the mod even told me that and I ignored it, stupid me. 88 Flak is good enough for now, thanks anyway guys.

Try itano circus. The battles are pretty good though there isn't much in the way of new systems and guns.
