What's PKC stand for matty? I can't think of anything witty

Nothing fancy, just Peace Keeper Corps.

I was playing South Africa 2010 the other day, an felt the need to draw the mascot. Just looked lie a good thing to draw.

I don't feel the ones on the right just aint right. Also, Zakumi has a squished head.

Since it's a sprite I could hardly make out any real details. Since it looked ike an ushanka on his head, I made him ruskie.
