Hardly anything even uses two cores.

And I thought my 3.2 ghz quad-core was special...you make me cry, DRLFF...you make me weep.

Ten years ago nobody could imagine using 1gb of ram in 10 years.

I figure two is good to have anyways, so you have more of one to handle your game and the other to manage desktop-level stuff. A friend of mine had a quad core Intel (I think) that had to occupy an entire core first before the next one kicked in. I didn't get the point of that.
