The M1014 (V1.1)
The M1014 First-ish mod. Released it anyway, didn't see why not. Wanted criticism, besides "generic gun do something unique," which I expect. How's the sprite? The sounds? Offsets? I just want to know I did the 'generic gun no. 1591' right at least. First time I've dug up resources to actually make it it's own gun, not a resprite with sharpness values changed. There's no denying the quality of this mod; Perhaps one of the best shotguns I've used, and definitely better than vanilla content. However, a one-gun mod like this should be in the minor mod dump, because it's only one gun. Aside from the inherent inaccuracies of shotguns in this game (no single-loading ammo), maybe this could incorporate CaveCricket48's shotgun script? With his permission, of course.

Pretty nice. Sounds are excellent, as is the function. Offsets are mostly excellent, but I feel it is held too far into the shoulder. If you could more it forward a couple of pixels, that would be great.
The sprite is definitely a weak point at present, it is too large, and could use a more defined outline.
Obviously you didn't post it in the minor mod dump as you wanted feedback, but it hardly qualifies a full release.
This issue has come up more than once, so perhaps we need a separate topic or forum for feedback on early WIPs, or first mods or whatever? I'm not sure how much use it would get though, and I know Weasel likes his forums tidy.
Edit: It is also obscenely large for one gun. Reduce the bitrate of the sounds and convert them to .ogg, definitely.

Honestly, I think this mod is worth more than any really big shitty pack. One of my favourite mods is that TF2 minigun. I have kept it since it's release shortly after the release of B23. I almost never keep a mod longer than two sessions of CC.
Really this mod shows a lot of thought. It feels overpowered, but is balanced to the Vanilla shotties. It sounds fantastic and feels great. The sprites could use a little work, though. Darker outlines, and maybe a second tone if you feel adventurous.
