Re: Spore
The creators were neat but they didn't make up for the terrible actual gameplay. I wouldn't suggest anyone getting it. I played it for about 15 hours, and only enjoyed about three hours of it.

Re: Spore
It was a nice concept, but I personally felt that it had absolutely no replay value..
I mean, the gameplay after a while just gets boring.

Re: Spore
I used to play this nonstop when I first bought it. Then I populated so much of the solar system that every few seconds one of my planets would either get plundered or fall into disaster. Then I stopped.
My brother befriended the Grox. He played for a few days after, then he quit too.

Re: Spore
They Screwed it all up... Those Ass's showing us a beautiful trailer that was decently long and you wouldnt doze off in the first 2 mins of the Video aswell as some Kick-ass realistic features showed off, and they decide to flush out and turn it into a peice of crap... Maybe the funnest thing i did in the game was make a 10 foot tall Armored spider thing, But even that isnt fun to play with due to gameplay... AND OH MY LORD WHY IN THE NAME OF JESUS'S NIPPLE SAUCE DID THEY HAVE TO F*** UP THE PLANET BUSTER??? My final Opinion of SPORE =

Re: Spore
The point with spore was that it got less interesting for each stage you advanced. It started of solid, then decided that filmgamefakefighting was a good genre, then you got the cities and fake RTS(at this point it couldn't remember what it was supposed to be) and the we got the lamest ever space game. And to think you could get through stages one and two within an hour.
I actually bought the creature creator and addon though.

Re: Spore
It was definitely better in the creature oriented stages than the civilisation oriented ones.

Re: Spore
Btw if you guys ever find a species named the Araxu that look like birds, have a bunch of eyes like a spider, and some funky looking wings, that'd be my favorite beasty.
