Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver
I'm seriously surprised there isn't a thread yet, so, Pokémon Heartgold & Soulsilver thread, GO!
Back in the old days I had Gold, now I have Heartgold. Soooooo much nostalgia. <3

Re: Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver
I never build a team because I have one pokemon who one-shots everything.

'heartgold', 'soulsilver'... you're kidding me, right? IMO it might work out if they didn't just add new pokemon, and maybe did something else for the gameplay.

Re: Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver
The point is they're remaking Silver and Gold.

Still. The names are pretty silly.
I can't talk though, I only really ever liked/tried yellow and diamond.

Re: Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver
My team consists of only two that I actually use, Flareon and Feraligatr. Then I also have with me a Gyrados, Nidoqueen, and Murkrow for HMs.
I maxed out my Flareon's EVs in attack and special attack, and I'm training an Electabuzz the same way. I have Ho-Oh sitting in the PC doing nothing, and I'm going to EV train that in speed and either attack or special attack. Same with Lugia once I catch it.

Current team: Typhlosion, Dragonite, Luxray, Charizard, Arcanine and Absol. CrazyMLC wrote: Still. The names are pretty silly.
I can't talk though, I only really ever liked/tried yellow and diamond. The silly names are probably just reserved for remakes. They can't exactly give the original names to remakes. Then again, compared to the names for the next games, HeartGold and SoulSilver are way better. CoughBlack&WhiteCough

It's quite silly how they keep making single games (formulaic no less) instead of making a pokemon MMO. They could make a lot of money off of that. Even a 3D version of Pokemon on the Wii would be a big seller.

Dude, i bet this would happen: - Pokemon MMO Comes out - Hardcore fans play the hell out of it - They get all their pokemon to level 100 - Go back to starting place - Kill all the newbies for fun.

Re: Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver
A pokemon MMO has potential, but I'd expect a similar community to runescape. *shudders*
Nintendo has stated they dislike multiplayer games where all of the people playing aren't in the same room. So the chances are slim, but hey, SSBB has online play, so who knows?
Anyway, I doubt it.

Re: Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver
If they were to make an MMO, it would easily become the #1 bestselling game of all time. OF ALL TIME.
