@areku
I think that you need an award, my friend. You are the ONLY person that is able to make a thread that awesome with ONE post.
I shall now be stealing that image for future use.

I shall now be stealing that image for future use. Yes, that image is indeed classic. I would try, but I'm terribad, and wouldn't feel like playing when my turn came around.

I could apply, but I'd end up turning in my save file with about 100 fewer dwarves than when I started.

I might be able to do a thing or two, but I'm not very good at the new version yet, and short on time, so pleh.

Re: The legacy of Fima: DF Succession Game
I did stuff, and then GCSs and other stuff killed everyone. I savescummed, so fort intact. I sealed off the open air entrance with walls and put traps in the ground entrance, because a giant cave swallow killed someone in the first playthrough. A clothier is having a fey mood in the dining room, I'm walling him off, because he wants "wood logs, silk cloth, and body parts" I have logs, but no silk and no bones.

Very well then. 3P0K, you can start now, and MLC comes right after that.

Done. Starting now.

Okay, the units screen reads "deceased", and the description says "body is missing", so I assume it left view.
That didn't go great.

Re: The legacy of Fima: DF Succession Game
You trashed the place.
People are throwing tantrums left and right, dying from thirst, et cetera.
the population has been reduced to 15, with 4 melancholy.
The graveyard is bursting.
Also, you forgot to brew drinks.

Re: The legacy of Fima: DF Succession Game
YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX EVERYTHING, KEEP EVERYONE FROM STARVING, TRAP THE CAVERN ENTRANCE, and then whatever you want.
Never, ever, EVER forget to brew drinks.
And make barrels.
Basically, keep everyone ALIVE.
90% of the population died of thirst. (Within 5 minutes of starting up the save)
