Re: Phobias - Any stories? I seem to have picked up some sort of phobia for screamers. Whenever i watch some kind of video on the internet, i fear that it might be a screamer. Just the very idea of a sudden and extremely loud scream out of nowhere scares the ♥♥♥♥ out of me. And when i've started thinking of said scream, i feel paranoid all the time. I even had a dream once where i nearly fainted (yes, fainted IN A DREAM) due to a screamer. Very impractical fear, i tell you. Especially when there's so many awesome videos on the internet.

Re: Phobias - Any stories? Interesting fact- If you expect screamers, it makes them worse. I jumped a foot in the air after watching a video... Where the music got slightly louder unexpectedly, but the sudden increase in volume just registered as a screamer in my head because I was expecting one.

Re: Phobias - Any stories? true, in fact, in minecraft where it says there are monsters only spawning in dark areas, whenever i explore a cave i expect one,
when there finally is one i jump like 10 meters up.

Ever thought you heard someone pulling in to your driveway but the blinds were up, peek through: BAM! Hairy ass Mother ♥♥♥♥ right on the window...
Then i remember i was in my basement and i spotted a web in the corner, a wasp or bee or something just wandering around the web... like it was teasing the spider, a little more and SNATCH! Crap it was like it was that superhero 'The Flash' of all spiders
