   |   Re: The legacy of Fima: DF Succession GameOk then, friday it is. Just after Duh's turn. Just try to send the file until saturday night so that Tomaster can start his turn without delays.

Edit: Duh, I think you might be forgetting a little something. But I just can't remember what it is! Ah yes, THE SAVE. Well 3P0K, I think we might have to postpone your turn a bit. Which day would you prefer?

   |   Re: The legacy of Fima: DF Succession GameNow that that's out of the way, would anyone mind if I did a little bit of exploratory mining in the lower z-levels?

   |   Re: The legacy of Fima: DF Succession GameOkay, after numerous goblin ambushes, I put walls and a roof around that little area where the group of glass furnaces were clustered, after I realized it was directly connected to the main fort, and it was attacked a few times by said ambushes.
Shortly after finishing, a goblin siege came and wiped out our military, so I drafted a few peasants. I also dug out a portion of the lowest Z level. I reconnected a few places that were disconnected with designations on them. Overall, not much.

The military was wiped out, but no-one else. The hammerdwarves killed one squad, but took casualties. They killed one or two from the second squad, and were then wiped out. Archers are a paint. But then, when they were advancing towards the fort entrance, a single fortress guard came along and started pelting them with bolts, and they all ran away.
