Post Dropship Groups
This is probably on here somewhere else, and yes, I have searched, about 30 times, but I'm still not quite finding what I'm looking for. Is there a way to change or add groups/soldiers/guns that the computer will drop during skirmish mode? Thanks in advance if you do.

 you did not search well enough then.

Activities are what you want. I think they are one of the more discussed tings on this forum too.

I searched "Add enemies to skirmish" and got at least 5 topics that would explain in detail what you are trying to accomplish.

Step 1: Download a mod with an Activites provided by the mod maker. This will remove from you the burden of making your own activites, though it is quite easy once you get the hang of it.

Step 2: Disable skirmish activites by going into missions.rte, index.ini, and putting // before the line that reads "IncludeFile = Missions.rte/Skirmish Activities.ini"

Step 3: Install the mod as per instructions provided by the mod, if they are provided, otherwise drop the mod .rte into your cortex command folder. If it includes instructions on how to activate the included activities, follow them to the letter.

Step 4: Recheck that the skirmish activities in missions.rte is disabled, and that the mod activities are enabled, and start the game. Going into skirmish now should activate the mod activities.

Optional step 5: If a problem occurs, or it still does not work, describe in detail exactly what you did, where, and how, in an orderly fashion without getting mad at us for trying to help you.

Thank you kindly, Duh102, I should be able to get it with that. And if I go around editing files like that I'd have no business getting mad at anyone but myself if something did go wrong. I'll try it now. Thank you again! Lizard and LowestFormOfWit, your input is appreciated, though useless.

I believed previously the skirmish activities were separate for each map, as the Missions.rte file for Skirmish Activities specifically mentions the Grasslands map.
