 MVC++ Error

Post MVC++ Error
Hello all.
I have a little trouble whit CC.
When i trying to start application, it did not run and i have 2 error windows:

and immediately followed

Not downloaded yet

What i can done to fix it up?

PS: I already update C++ library and have this dll, but it does not help
