Im wondering, why there is no Tutorial in making sprites?
I searched this Forum, Google and searched by myself her. But I didn´t find anything helpful. Only that I should use MsPaint....
But Im still wondering if there isn´t a Tutorial on howto make them....

Iam still new her
So don´t expect any modding expirience...

Honestly all the tutorials I've read-believe me, millions- haven't helped one iota. Just sprite a lot. That's all you can do. Splice sprites together, look at other people's shading. Copy other people until you can do it yourself.

The answer is that there is no REAL tutorial for making sprites. You just MAKE them. Practice makes perfect and all that. When I first started out my sprites were either:

a) atrociously ugly and vague
b) a terrible edit of pre-existing sprites
c) all of the above

Now I am a great spriter (someone might contest to that but I feel confident in my abilities). You just keep trying to make good sprites. Keep improving on what you can do and develop your own style of spriting. Ask around if you want advice. I recommend starting by taking a look at the stock Cortex Command sprites and try to build off of them.

I'm actually planning to, at some point, make a spriting tutorial. But, for the most part you just want to practice.

All tutorials do is to tell you what to do and what not to do.
You gotta figure out the rest yourself. And if you draw, that might come in handy.

Yay^^ I added on a random weapon a thingy that looks like a red dot aim xD

After hard trieng and staring on others work I finaly got done a Sniper rifle and a Grenade. Sadly, I don´t have the knowedge yet to code them in the Game xD
