Whenever I try to start CCB23, it appears in the taskbar, but does not show on screen. No window is visible, no sounds are heard, it is simply a process. I only can kill it by task manager.Any help?

what are your system specs, operating system, do you have all the necessary components installed, etc?

Ok i fixet it.It is all beacause of :Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) download from Microsoft site and the same Redistributable Package included in Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition( programing environment).

The window might be outside your screen for some reason. Try right clicking CC, press move and then use your keyboard keys to move it around

Well... its work in some way. When i right click CC and pressed CC i moved minimized window . But i cant do nothing no Alt+F4 , clicking red cross not wirking . This is how its look:
