You obviously have no idea what the guy's issue is and how to fix it.

Getting build 23 is the reason for these errors he is having, because the mod is pre-build 23.

Ignore dragon, delete mod.

Or convert it, manually.

Dunno if it's pre-22 or not, since I don't know what changes were made in 22 (Didn't play it), but yes, that mod is clearly outdated and is not supported by B23 unless converted properly.

It's either a badly coded (as in I will slap the person who made it) b22 mod or pre-b20. b20 was when Null.bmp moved from Base.rte/Devices up to Base.rte.

He is missing a coalition torso, the coalition didn't get its own rte folder until build 22. He is not missing Null.bmp. Silly Duh.

You stand corrected?
I told him to fix it already.

Okay, I'm reinstalling it and carefully checking each mod.

Okay, how do you convert a mod to B23?

If it loads (to the main menu) but crashes on starting a mission or skirmish, then one of the PresetNames is too long between spaces (like "thisisalong name" vs "this is a long name").
If it doesn't load, throw it through the b20 to b22 or b21 to b22 converter that's around somewhere (I think it's linked in one of the topic collections pinned up above) before trying that.

So he has a pre-b22 mod. Glad we cleared that up.

Post Re: [FAQ] General Troubleshooting READ IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS!
I just took a step into modding, and promptly got an RTE-Aborted.

Abortion in file .\System\ContentFile.cpp, line 549 because:

Failed to load datafile object with following path and name:

LBBunker

The last frame has been dumped *blah blah*

LBBunker is my own mod.
I checked if all pathing was correct, the directory name is 'LBBunker.rte'
I used some of the Base.rte Bunker Modules Code to create mine. And I sprited my modules after the pallete.
Any ideas?

Fixed. Forgot to add a .bmp to all my sprite-files in the .ini >_> For shame.

Post Re: [FAQ] General Troubleshooting READ IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS!
So, I recently bought the game, and wanted to clear my mods up a bit, deleted some of them, and now it says:

Abortion in file .\System\ContentFile.cpp, line 549, because:
Failed to load datafile object with following path and name:
Missions.rte/Scenes/Objects/Doainar/UGChunk1FG

Any help?

Double post merge -Duh

Nevermind, I just reinstalled the game and stuff...
