Blast from the past:

My fellow indie friends at Wolfire Games have an awesome dedicated PR guy, John Graham, who does just this, and look at how well updated their dev blog is for their super impressive project, Overgrowth! I’m hoping we can, with Andy’s help, approach this level of connection with you guys again.

Without further ado, I’m going to hand it over to Andy now and let him introduce himself in the next post. I will still chime in here in the future, but now you shouldn’t be going long without knowing what’s happening to the project!

I don't understand why you would hire someone for PR and then break off all contact with them. It'd make more sense if he were dead.

Nah it's just weasel being paid minimum wage to do nothing all day and leave us in the dark and butt into technical problems despite being a PR guy and knowing nothing about the server.

Irrelevantly, I think that Skeleton Wars concept art looks amazing. I wish we could get some love like that for Cortex Command.

It's one of arne's projects, he does everything himself.

He's got so many projects though. He seems like the type of guy who plans almost every aspect of a project, but never completes it.
I wish some of those were finished, they look fantastic! I really love his style of art.

He has loads of concepts yeah, but not anyone to code them which would be awesome, beasue then we could play his games.

He's capable of coding them himself, and has made major steps on multiple games, but never actually completed any.

Don't listen to everyone in this thread. The game is dead, spending $18 dollars on this alpha version will be a waste of money seeing as there will be no final product.

That is ofcourse, if you don't want to be able to play sessions longer than 6 min.

Because anyone with a life actually plays this game for more than six minutes at a stretch.

If you do, there is something wrong with you.

Thor, I'm glad you aren't a mod anymore, because if you were I can guarantee that we would already be nuke and paved, ala Thormaggeddon.

Wow, I'd be surprised if he even went to the trouble of nicely paving the post-apocalyptic wreck. I'd kind of expect like a "Fire all the DSTech weapons at the ground at once and then leave it" sort of thing.
