Updated. Now fires in a strait line and not at the closest actor. When you miss it still shoots a (harmless) laser, and the fund dropping works for both teams. I've also added comments and slightly improved the function.
Want to add a secondary fire mode to this, but I need ideas. I was thinking of dropping the medkit and having the gun heal, you guys have any better ideas?

Perhaps a weaker version of the beam that jumps to many more targets across a longer distance as the alt fire?

Maybe a Lua'ised version of the old one? So it just damages actors in a straight line away from it in a longer range ignoring terrain.
