Post ScriptFile errors
For almost every mod I have tried, there always seems to be an error whenever it is told something akin to:

Code:
ScriptPath = Mod.rte/ModFolder/Awesomescript.lua

Anyone have any help about this? :-( I am completely lost, and have looked around for a few days to find nothing on the subject.

Woops, sorry about that. I put it there because I thought it was just that one mod, then I tried other mods and the problem persisted, so I thought it would be better off here.

I was using a modified version of build 23 to avoid the problem I get with the vanilla 23,
Quote:
Could not match property in Base.rte/scenes/Objects/BunkerModules/BunkerModules.ini at line 465.

Which reads,
Code:
ScriptPath = Base.rte/Scenes/Objects/BunkerModules/Conveyor.lua

Which itself is a ScriptPath error, now that I have looked it up. :0 So, any help with that?

You are not using Build 23. That is the extent of your problem.

Your problem is that you are not using Build 23. That is why that line is a problem; because you are not using Build 23.

I guess, in summary, what I'm trying to say, is that you need Build 23, and you do not have it.

Something is wrong with your placement or installation of Cortex if it fails when you first install it.

Make sure you delete the old installation or install in a different place when you reinstall.

I guess I wasn't clear before, I was using a vanilla b23 as well, which crashed.

Regardless, I have no Idea what fixed it, but after reinstalling the game twice in a different named folder, it worked.

Thanks for the help everyone ('specially Duh and 411). And thank you Crazy, got it from the Erfworld comics if you're interested.
