Re: [D&D 4e] Keep on the Shadowfell
I remember, back in 2nd Edition, I had a custom race, with like, the EXACT same features as the new dragonborn. Hax, I say!

Re: [D&D 4e] Keep on the Shadowfell
Yep, Dragonborn are awesome.
Anyway, for clarification, no evil alignments, but you can be an emo ♥♥♥hole if you want. Heroes generally shouldn't have evil intentions, which is what alignment is, your character's intentions. Alignment =/= personality.

Re: [D&D 4e] Keep on the Shadowfell
Perfectly fine! Lol at the name, you'll have to be Wiffles's partner in crime as far as comedy relief. Now, we need a cleric and a rogue, and some sort of tank, like a fighter or paladin.
Need a cleric for healing, even though warlords can sort of heal. Need a rogue to open treasure chests and detect traps. Need a tank so you guys don't die.

EDIT: Since everyone has picked their characters, and we need a rogue, unless you can get someone to be a rogue for you, you're stuck. But rogues are pretty kick-ass, so it's not really a problem I bet. So I think everyone is golden! We will meet tomorrow 3pm PST, don't forget! I really am amazed that nobody wanted to be a warden, avenger, a druid, or something crazy like that. Oh well.

Re: [D&D 4e] Keep on the Shadowfell
Alright, cool. I already have an idea for my character. A suit of scalemail, with a Bahamut crest on it, if that fits your campaign, and a polearm, my first choice would be a partisan.
My old character had a +3 Adamantite Partisan, and the handle was wrapped in baby black dragon skin. I had so many adventures as him, but that was a long time ago.

Re: [D&D 4e] Keep on the Shadowfell
Ah, yes. Memories.
Closest thing to a Partisan you could get would probably be a Glaive or a Longspear. Any armor is fine to customize slightly, but nothing ornate or I might make you pay a little extra fee. We'll talk about equipment tomorrow, though.

Re: [D&D 4e] Keep on the Shadowfell
Hrmm, I'm gonna go wikipedia those weapons, and decide. Although, why couldn't I get a partisan? I'd be cool with it costing extra.

Re: [D&D 4e] Keep on the Shadowfell
Its stats aren't listed... Give me the stats for the partisan in 2nd edition along with a few other weapons and I'll generate something for you.
