Re: Borderlands
Well, thanks to both of you. I'm gonna use Toes' one, though. No offence intended, Skiv, but he is from europe. Plus, the program just looks better.

Re: Borderlands
Thanks Toes, this mod tool changed the way I play. Tremble in fear of my Hyperion combat rifle, with 3.6x zoom, and 5 round bursts.

Ew. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of the game?

Re: Borderlands
Alternatively you could excercise self-discipline and make balanced weapons.

Re: Borderlands
Could you make it fire incredibly weak rockets? That way it serves as a knockback or crowd dispersion weapon, assuming there is knockback. Anyway, you can always make novelty or specialised weapons which retain balance.

A novelty rocket launcher, that fires like, 50 rockets at once, but they do like, 1 damage would be epic.

Re: Borderlands
Assuming they didn't lag and had a wide spread, that would make a pretty good large target/anti-crowd weapon, but a weapon almost completely ineffective against single, normal sized targets. You'd have to tweak the damage though.

Re: Borderlands
For the most part, weapons autobalance themselves. You don't pick the stats, you pick the parts
